Gaia Athens ("we", "us") is a family-run boutique hotel located at Sarri 17, Psirri, Athens 10554, Greece. This page explains what personal data we collect through this website and how we handle it.
What we collect
- Tour request form: when you submit the form on our private tours page, we receive your name, email, phone (optional), preferred date, group size, tour selection and any message you include.
- Bookings: when you book a room, you are redirected to our booking provider, Sabee. Sabee collects the personal and payment information needed to confirm your stay.
- Email contact: if you email [email protected] directly, we keep that correspondence.
How we use it
We use the information you give us only to respond to your enquiry, arrange your stay or your tour and follow up about your visit. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Third parties

- FormSubmit delivers tour request form submissions to our inbox. See FormSubmit.
- Bluehost hosts the website and may keep standard server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) for security and operational purposes.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta pixel or similar tracking. The only cookies that may appear are those set by the booking provider when you actively start a reservation.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
